Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. For orders placed through our website we allow 2-3 weeks for manufacture. This is not a guarantee. Occasionally, due to the demands on the production team or manufacturing breaks, orders may take slightly longer. Orders are despatched via courier and will need a signature on arrival.
Returns & Refunds
We do not carry stock of any lasts. All lasts are made to order and to the specification required. Therefore, as a custom-made order we will not issue a refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty, missing or not in accordance with the specification requested.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order then please contact us via email: accounts@springline.net or telephone 01604 644961. Unfortunately, it will not always be possible to stop or amend the order once it is in production in which case you will be liable for any costs incurred.
